🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hellstar Clothing.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

To initiate a return, contact us at support@fably.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@fably.store

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
